Our time together may consist of Breath-Work, Meditation, Sacred Massage, suggested practices of exploration, learning about AND experiencing the Chakra System, the Energetic Body, Nutritional ideas, Changing Thought Patterns, releasing old ideas and energy patterns, and/or learning various techniques to become aware of, circulate, and improve the energy flow within as well as your consciousness. 

To truly learn and benefit from what I have to offer, you'll need a desire to learn, be open to New ideas, and practices.  During your first visit, we will talk in depth about your thoughts, background, feelings, and history to identify your unique personal needs. This exploration gives us the time to get to know one another and develop a foundation of trust.
